Jeff at reyonthehill posted his call for submissions for Carnival of the Liberals #18 yesterday and all bets are off because Jeff is suspending the rules for this edition. Well, all except for the host picking the 10 best entries, and that anything sent in has to be from a liberal perspective. I’m overriding Jeff’s suspension of those two, but aside from that the field’s wide open. CotL #18 will be Wednesday, August 2nd at reyonthehill with a deadline of Monday, July 31st by 11:59PM PST.
