It looks like Montag over at Stump Lane is getting a jump on The War On Christmas™ by pre-emptively declaring war on Thanksgiving for the 26th edition of the Carnival of the Liberals to be held next Wednesday, November 22. Well, despite Montag's inflationary rhetoric this edition is actually free-style but head on over to Stump Lane to get the big picture. Just be sure to have your submissions in by noon EST on Monday, November 20th.
And a reminder that I'll be hosting the 1st Anniversary Edition of Carnival of the Liberals at Neural Gourmet on December 6th. That's right, the very first edition of CotL appeared 1 year ago on December 7th at Brainshrub. It's really hard to believe we're coming up on a solid year of the web's only liberal blog carnival. This will be a best-of edition so I'll be looking for everybody to send in their best blog posts from the past year that haven't already appeared in, or been submitted to CotL in the past. More about what I'll be looking for when I post my call for submissions next week.
