OK everyone, I know there was a holiday in the middle there, I've been slacking off (as usual) and we've got another holiday coming up in just a couple of weeks but you're holding out on me. As you may recall, I'm hosting the 1st Anniversary Edition of Carnival of the Liberals at Neural Gourmet on December 6th. And as amazing as it is that CotL is 1 year old in just a few days (December 7th to be precise), we can't very well have an anniversary edition without your blog posts.

So, here's what I need. I want your best blog post from the past year on any topic as long as it's remotely about liberalism, liberal politics or from a generally liberal perspective. I'm casting a wide net. The only restriction is that the post can't have appeared in or have been submitted to a prior edition of Carnival of the Liberals. Then I'll pick what I feel are the ten best posts from amongst those submitted (or the posts from the ten highest, umm, donors to my X-Mas fund). Either way, the idea is to highlight what Carnival of the Liberals participants think is their best writing from the past year.

So send me your best by 8PM EST on Tuesday, December 5th for the chance to win bragging rights among your friends and family and the opportunity to tell all your inlaws just how special you are this X-Mas or New Year's. After all, only 10 people in the entire world will be able to say they were in the 1st Anniversary Edition of Carnival of the Liberals.
